How we calculate

We assume one fill per month at each starting dose until you reach your maintenance dose, then the maintenance dose for the rest of the year. Injections come as 28-day supplies (13 fills a year); pills as 30-day bottles (12 a year). Cash prices are the manufacturers' self-pay prices checked on October 12, 2026. With insurance, the savings card takes up to $100 off each fill, down to a minimum of $25, within the card's yearly limit ($1,300 for Zepbound, $1,000 for Foundayo). The Medicare GLP-1 Bridge copay is $50 a month and does not count toward your Part D out-of-pocket limit.
