Check your height, weight and health conditions against the criteria on the FDA labels for Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo, and against the rules for Medicare's GLP-1 Bridge.
The criteria we use
FDA labels (Wegovy, Wegovy pill, Zepbound, Foundayo): adults with obesity (BMI 30 or more), or overweight (BMI 27 or more) with at least one weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes or high cholesterol. Wegovy injection is also approved for ages 12 and up, and for lowering heart risk in people with heart disease. Zepbound is also approved for sleep apnea with obesity. Medicare GLP-1 Bridge: BMI 35 or more; or BMI 30 or more with heart failure, uncontrolled high blood pressure or kidney disease; or BMI 27 or more with a past stroke or heart attack, prediabetes or peripheral artery disease.
