How we rank
Each program gets a score out of 10: cost (3 points, the cheapest monthly total of membership plus medication), access to FDA-approved medication at published prices (2.5), insurance support (1.5), Trustpilot rating (2, scaled from 2.5 to 5 stars and reduced for fewer than 1,000 reviews) and trust (1, reduced for regulatory action, lawsuits or out-of-date pricing). "From" is the monthly membership plus the cheapest brand-name drug at the manufacturer cash price for the starting dose (anyone with a prescription can buy at that price). For compounded-only programs it is their cheapest published plan. At higher doses brand-name drugs cost up to $300 a month more. Most popular is the number of Trustpilot reviews. Hover over a score to see its breakdown. Prices and ratings were checked on October 12, 2026. We are not paid by any program listed here, and no program can pay to change its position.
Before you sign up
Every program needs a licensed clinician to review your health history before prescribing. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA approved and, since the shortages ended, may only be made for an individual medical need. Check the total monthly cost at your maintenance dose, not just the first month. Use the cost calculator or read about compounded GLP-1s.
